Policy cancellation procedure

You may cancel this policy, in which case you will be entitled to a pro rata refund of your premium less a £10 administration charge except where:

  1. The notification of cancellation is received by us less than 4 months prior to the expiry date of the policy and in which case no refund will be made.
  2. Your premium is £40 or less in total in which case no refund will be made.
  3. You have claimed during the insurance period.

If you cancel this policy within the first 14 days, as long as you have not made a claim, we will refund all the premium
you have paid.

  • Policy details:
    • Policy holders name.
    • Policy number
    • Policy expiry date.
  • Reason for the cancellation.
  • A short declaration that no claims have been made on the policy.
