Is cover for my laptop or portable computer included?

Basic Cover

No. Basic does not include cover for laptop or portable computers as standard.

An optional extension for laptop & portable computer equipment is available.

You can choose to insure laptop or portable computers for room only or all risks cover.

Room Only: provides cover for your laptop for the standard perils whilst within your term time address.

All Risks: If selected, provides cover for your laptop or portable computer equipment against accidental damage or theft whilst anywhere within the UK – up to a maximum of £2,000.

Comprehensive Cover

Yes, Comprehensive cover does include room only cover for laptop & portable computers for the standard perils.

IMPORTANT: Cover is only included within your term time address. Item limits apply.

An optional extension for ‘All Risks’ cover for laptop & portable computer equipment is available.

You can choose to insure laptop or portable computers for room only or all risks cover.

All Risks: If selected, provides cover for your laptop or portable computer equipment against accidental damage or theft whilst anywhere within the UK – up to a maximum of £2,000.
