What are the cover limits and exclusions?

Standard Single Item & Group Limits

Item and group limits are determined by the possessions sum insured. Items 1-6 apply for Basic Cover, Items 1-7 apply for Comprehensive Cover.

4. Jewellery, Watches & other valuables
5. Music, Video, DVD, Software & other data carrying media (£350.00 in total)
6. Desktop Computer Equipment
7. Laptop & Portable Computers | Room Only (Comprehensive Cover only)

Possessions Sum Insured Item & Group Limits

Optional cover extensions are limited to the amount shown in your policy schedule for each particular cover section.

Principal Exclusions

• The first £10 of any claim (the claim excess).
• Theft from unattended vehicles.
• Damage to sports equipment whilst in use.
• Mobile phones, Pedal Cycles, Laptop & Portable Computers unless specifically insured.
• Cover away from your term time address unless specifically insured.
• Items used for business purposes.
• Contact Lenses.
